Platform policies may change. Creators are responsible for remaining informed about current requirements.

Gotti TV creators do not use or participate in:

• Fake followers
• Fake viewers
• Bot engagement
• Fraudulent gifting
• Engagement manipulation
• Impersonation
• Misleading audience practices
• Attempts to circumvent platform enforcement

Build real communities with real people.

Competition can be entertaining. Disrespect does not need to become personal. Creators should not engage in harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, targeted bullying or other prohibited behavior toward creators, viewers, agency staff or partners.

Never provide your TikTok password to someone claiming they need it to manage your Gotti TV membership. Gotti TV does not require creators to surrender ownership of their TikTok accounts. Use strong passwords and available account-security features.

Creators are expected to help maintain a safe LIVE environment. Use available moderation tools when appropriate, remove disruptive participants when necessary and avoid encouraging dangerous, illegal, deceptive or otherwise prohibited activity.

Do not knowingly stream copyrighted movies, television programming, music, sporting events or other protected material unless you have the appropriate rights or authorization. Do not misuse another person's name, image, content, trademarks or intellectual property.

Creators may not claim or imply:

• Guaranteed earnings
• Guaranteed TikTok verification
• Guaranteed platform privileges
• TikTok employment
• Official TikTok authority
• Authority to speak for Gotti TV without permission

Gotti TV creators remain independent creators unless another written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

Private creator information, confidential business information, internal communications and non-public campaign information should not be publicly disclosed without authorization.

Gotti TV may contact creators when we identify potential policy concerns. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide coaching, require corrective action, restrict participation in agency activities or terminate an agency relationship. TikTok independently controls enforcement actions involving TikTok accounts.
