1. Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to GGTV Media LLC, 811 St Emanuel Street, Houston, TX 77003, or through the contact form on this website, including: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the material you say infringes it, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate, and your signature.
2. What we do
We review valid notices, remove or disable the material we control, and notify the creator involved. Content hosted on TikTok must also be reported through TikTok's own copyright process, since Gotti TV cannot remove content from TikTok.
3. Counter-notice and repeat infringers
Creators may submit a counter-notice with their contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. Repeat infringement ends Gotti TV representation.
