Gotti TV does not automatically take a percentage directly from the earnings displayed in your personal TikTok account simply because you join our creator network.

Any compensation, commissions or revenue-sharing arrangements associated with separate brand partnerships, campaigns, Gotti TV productions or other opportunities will be disclosed in the applicable agreement before you participate.

TikTok controls its platform monetization programs, eligibility requirements, virtual items and creator reward payments.

Eligible viewers may use Coins to activate virtual Gifts. TikTok may use viewer engagement and Gifts as factors when allocating Diamonds and determining rewards under applicable TikTok programs.

Diamonds themselves are not cash and do not automatically guarantee a payment.

Eligible creators should follow the payment and withdrawal information available directly through their TikTok account.

• Have an active TikTok account.
• Be eligible or working toward eligibility for TikTok LIVE.
• Be willing to go LIVE consistently.
• Follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable LIVE policies.
• Provide accurate application information.
• Meet Gotti TV's creator standards.
• Be legally eligible to participate in applicable programs.
• Follower count alone does not determine whether someone will be accepted.

Joining Gotti TV does not transfer ownership of your account to GGTV Media LLC.
