Application information: legal name, creator name, email, phone, date of birth, city/state/country, languages, social platform usernames and profile links, publicly reported follower and like counts, LIVE experience, goals and event interests.

Account information: authentication email, profile details you add, and content you submit such as support tickets and event registrations.

Performance information: LIVE metrics such as LIVE days, hours, viewers, diamonds and gifts that you or your manager record in the platform.

Technical information: device, browser and usage data collected through standard web logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.

To review applications and decide on agency representation; to manage and support creators; to run events and registrations; to deliver training and resources; to communicate about opportunities you asked to hear about; to measure performance; and to meet our legal and platform obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

4. TikTok and third-party platforms

Gotti TV is an independent creator agency. We are not TikTok, and TikTok does not control this website. When you go LIVE, TikTok's own terms and privacy policies apply to your activity on their platform.

We may reference publicly available profile statistics you provide to us for evaluation and reporting purposes.

5. Communications and SMS

If you opt in, we may send you email updates about events and creator opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Storage, security and retention

Information is stored with our cloud database provider using encryption in transit and access controls. Access to creator records is restricted to authorized Gotti TV staff by role.

We keep application and creator records for as long as needed to operate the agency relationship and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Gotti TV represents creators who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
