1. Purpose
This summary explains the standard terms Gotti TV offers approved creators. The binding agreement is the signed creator agreement provided during onboarding; this page is a plain-language overview and does not replace it.
2. What Gotti TV provides
Dedicated manager support, LIVE strategy and coaching, Training Academy access, resources and templates, performance tracking, event and campaign opportunities, and showcase slots in Gotti TV programming and live events.
3. What the creator commits to
Agreed LIVE schedule and goals, professional conduct on and off LIVE, compliance with TikTok Community Guidelines and LIVE monetization policy, accurate reporting, and timely communication with your manager.
4. Earnings
Creator earnings from TikTok LIVE are determined and paid by TikTok according to its own rules. Gotti TV does not guarantee any level of income. Any agency compensation or bonus arrangement is stated in your signed agreement.
5. Term, exclusivity and exit
Term length, any exclusivity, and notice periods are set out in your signed agreement. Creators may request release under the notice terms stated there; Gotti TV may end representation for policy violations or sustained inactivity.
6. Content and likeness
You retain ownership of your content. By joining, you allow Gotti TV to use your name, handle, likeness and approved clips to promote the agency, its events and its programming, unless you withdraw that permission in writing.
