1. TikTok policy comes first

Every Gotti TV creator must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, LIVE guidelines, monetization policies, advertising policies and all other platform requirements at all times, on and off LIVE. Gotti TV guidance never overrides platform rules; where anything here conflicts with TikTok policy, TikTok policy applies.

Gotti TV is an independent creator management agency and is not owned, operated, endorsed, certified, or authorized by TikTok unless expressly stated otherwise. Creators remain responsible for their own accounts and content.

2. Creator obligations

Be 18 or older, keep your account in good standing, and disclose any active LIVE restrictions, strikes or monetization limits to your manager.

Keep your LIVE streams compliant: no rule-breaking content, no re-streaming unlicensed material, no unmoderated chat that becomes abusive, and no delegating your account to another person.

Complete the LIVE compliance modules in the Gotti TV Training Academy, report accurate performance data, and respond to your manager on policy matters promptly.

3. Harassment and bullying

No harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, coordinated pile-ons, targeting of other creators or agencies, or encouraging your viewers to attack anyone. Competitive battles stay competitive, never personal.

4. Sexual content and nudity

No nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, sexual services, sexualized dancing or attire intended to solicit gifts, or any sexual content involving minors. This applies to your camera, your screen, your guests and anything visible in your stream.

5. Hate speech and discrimination

No hate speech, slurs, hateful ideologies, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, disease, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sex or sexual orientation.

6. Dangerous behavior and wellbeing

No dangerous acts, stunts, weapons handling, drug or alcohol abuse on stream, self-harm or suicide content, disordered eating content, or dangerous challenges - including gift-triggered dares.

We support sustainable schedules. Take breaks, and tell your manager if a LIVE goal is affecting your health.

7. Minors

Gotti TV represents creators aged 18 and over only. Minors may not appear as LIVE participants, co-hosts or guests, may not manage or operate a represented account, and no content may sexualize, endanger or exploit a minor. Suspected harm to a minor is reported and results in immediate termination.

8. Gambling, scams and fraud

No gambling, betting, wheel-spin or raffle-style gift games, promotion of unlicensed gambling, crypto or investment schemes, giveaways that require gifts to enter, or promises of returns in exchange for gifts.

No scams, phishing, fake giveaways, chargeback abuse, payment redirection off-platform, or soliciting gifts under false pretenses such as invented emergencies.

9. Intellectual property

Only stream content you own or are licensed to use. No unlicensed music, movies, TV, sports broadcasts, games or third-party branding, and no use of another creator's content without permission. Repeat copyright or trademark issues can end representation. See our DMCA / Copyright page to report infringement.

10. Fake engagement and impersonation

No bought followers, likes, views or gifts, no bots, engagement pods, viewer-count manipulation, or falsified performance reports to Gotti TV or TikTok.

No impersonating another person, creator, brand, TikTok staff, or Gotti TV staff or managers, and no claiming Gotti TV representation, sponsorship or event selection you have not been granted.

11. Reporting concerns

Report policy concerns, harassment or safety issues to your manager or through a support ticket in your creator dashboard. Reports are reviewed by agency leadership and we do not retaliate against good-faith reports.

12. Gotti TV Code of Conduct

Every Gotti TV creator agrees to this Code of Conduct as a condition of representation. You will not:

1. Purchase fake followers, viewers, likes or gifts.

2. Artificially manipulate engagement, including bots, engagement pods or viewer-count inflation.

3. Impersonate another person, creator, brand, TikTok staff or Gotti TV staff.

4. Stream copyrighted content without authorization.

5. Engage in harassment, bullying or hate speech.

6. Solicit prohibited transactions, including gambling, off-platform payments or restricted goods.

7. Encourage minors to participate in inappropriate LIVE activity.

8. Circumvent TikTok enforcement, including ban evasion or backup accounts used to avoid penalties.

9. Share account credentials improperly or allow another person to operate your account.

10. Misrepresent Gotti TV or TikTok, including false claims of partnership, certification or event selection.

11. Engage in fraudulent gifting activity, including gift laundering, chargeback abuse or coordinated fake gifting.

TikTok's current U.S. Terms of Service separately prohibit conduct including impersonation and unauthorized uses of its services and content. Breaking this Code of Conduct is treated as a Gotti TV policy violation under the enforcement process below, in addition to any action TikTok takes on your account.

13. Enforcement, strikes and termination

Gotti TV uses a strike system. First strike: written warning and required coaching. Second strike: suspension from events, campaigns and showcase opportunities for a defined period. Third strike: termination of representation and removal from the Gotti TV roster.

Severe violations skip the strike ladder and result in immediate suspension or termination - including sexual content, content involving minors, hate speech, threats or violence, gambling operations, scams and fraud, and serious fake engagement.

TikTok enforces its own penalties independently, which may include LIVE restrictions, loss of monetization, strikes or account bans. Gotti TV cannot reverse a TikTok enforcement action, but we will help you understand it and prepare an appeal.

Creators may ask agency leadership to review any Gotti TV enforcement decision within 14 days. Strikes expire after 12 months of compliant activity.
