Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website or the Gotti TV creator platform you agree to these Terms with Gotti TV, a brand operated by GGTV Media LLC ("Gotti TV", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply, create an account or participate in Gotti TV events. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Applications and representation

Submitting an application does not create an agency relationship and does not guarantee acceptance, earnings, event participation or any specific result. Representation begins only when a separate creator agreement is signed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

Accounts may be suspended for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines or TikTok's policies.

5. Intellectual property

Gotti TV branding, site content, training materials and resources are owned by GGTV Media LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of your own content and grant Gotti TV permission to feature approved content in agency promotion and programming.

6. Third-party platforms

Gotti TV is an independent creator management agency and is not owned, operated, endorsed, certified, or authorized by TikTok unless expressly stated otherwise. Creators using TikTok remain subject to TikTok's applicable terms, Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, monetization policies and other platform requirements.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGTV Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost earnings or opportunities.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
